As a JustAnswer Affiliate partner, you’ll get paid after your visitors sign up for JustAnswer. Find and publish assets for your category on Impact and start earning today!
Here’s how to get started
Sign in
Go to Impact.com, and in the upper right corner click Sign in. Then enter the credentials you created when you applied to become a JustAnswer affiliate.
Find assets
After logging in to Impact.com, find the horizontal blue bar across the top of the page. Then select the Content tab to reveal a drop-down box where you can select the Assets tab.
Select category
Now that you are on the Assets page, find the column on the left side; click on Labels to see the main categories that may fit your business; and select a category. If you don’t see your preferred category or would like to use a more specific subcategory, type an keyword into the search box in the upper right.
Browse assets
On the category page that you selected, you will see the JustAnswer digital assets that you can choose to display on your website. Use the tabs on the top to view the different types of assets.
We offer text links, images and three different types of chatbot widgets: Fixed, Expanded, and Subtle (they are listed under the Article tab).
All these widgets will provide a more engaging experience where they chat initially with an AI assistant and then are connect with an Expert.
The Fixed chatbot widget is a good one to start with since it has the best conversion rates and will earn you the most money.
Get code
Click on the widget, link or image that you want to use, and you will see the HTML code you need to copy and paste into your website or other digital property.

Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn by referring customers to you?
Affiliates earn up to $9 for each customer that becomes a JustAnswer member or signs up for a trial for the JustAnswer service.
What is your average order value (AOV)?
JustAnswer members pay different prices for different categories of memberships. The average monthly membership price is about $40.
For each referral, do I earn money for each month a customer retains their JustAnswer membership?
Most of our customers are first offered a trial of the JustAnswer membership. The trial price is $5 for a limited amount of time. We believe you have done your job as a JustAnswer affiliate by referring customers to us to take a trial; it’s up to us to keep them as members.
In recognition of that, we pay you up to $9 when a customer takes a trial. While we don’t continually compensate you for the customer, we do pay you much more than the customer pays us for the trial, in recognition of your efforts.
What if I refer a customer to JustAnswer but they don’t purchase a membership at that time, but they become a paid member later? Do I earn a commission?
Yes, if the customer converts within 30 days of your referral, we will credit you the commission.
